Holy Crap Summer is almost over.

Wow,..
Last year at this time I was unemployed

Lets count some blessings shall we...

I still have my home.
(Despite the fact that last years school taxes are still on balance transfers)
I'm still married
(Despite the fact that I am overworked and largely withdrawn)
I still enjoy playing music.
(Despite the fact that two hours commute has taken away a good bit of my time)

OK,..

Lots of things I thought I would have done by now are not,...
Holy Crap ,.. It could be a lot worse.

Yes, thing could be worse ... I think as far as blessings go you got it going on! Still have a home, still married, still enjoy playing music (that would be a huge one for me) and you have your kids. Kids are a mixed bag but mostly blessing. :)

My mom used to say "In everything a blessing." I count my blessings these days too and while my situation isn't ideal, I still have many things for which I'm grateful ... I count you among them.
